A young Iraqi boy runs across the road in front of a Stryker (an eight-wheeled, medium armored weapons combat troop transport vehicle) on May 25, 2006 while patrolling the streets of Al Tanak, Mosul, Iraq. Kids would dart in and out amongst these huge vehicles as they made their way through neighborhoods. The photographer loved the difference in scale and saw it as sort of a “David and Goliath” moment.
